The National Capital Leadership Challenge is a program created by members of the business community and operated in conjunction with the University of Ottawa, Carleton University and Algonquin College to develop and cultivate the next generation of leaders for our emerging technology sector in Ottawa. The Challenge is a contest among business students from each of these educational institutions for substantial cash prizes to further their education and a paid summer internship to gain experience and mentorship in leadership.
